As part of the Local Place Plan that the Community Council has submitted to Moray Council is an Action Plan. The Action Plan contains the identified action the community council will pursue over the lifespan of the Local Place Plan [2025 – 2030].
The 7-identified issues and actions from the plan are:
- Seek to improve pedestrian safety on and around the A98 in Cullen – within 3-years
- Improve and extend the car park at the Links Car Park – within 5-years
- To provide age appropriate living accommodation within Cullen – within 10-years
- To provide additional land for allotments within 3-years
- To encourage the take-up of empty shop premises and explore options for provision of fresh, locally produced food within -3-years
- To enable all-ability access onto the Links Beach within 10-years
- To support the opportunities to make best use of the community benefit derived from proposed windfarms within 5-years
