Moray Council: Customer Satisfaction Survey


What do you think of Morays Waste Service, Open Spaces and Cemeteries?

This is your chance to tell Moray Cou7ncil what you think of their service delivery in key areas, please complete the survey form.

This national customer satisfaction survey is being carried out by the Association for Public Sector Excellence APSE in association with Moray Council.  There is no direct cost for the survey as it is included in our Moray Council APSE membership.   The survey questions have been set by APSE, and they send us a results report at the end so we can benchmark ourselves against other participating Councils. 

Your feedback is important to us, and we hope you will take the time as an individual to complete the online survey via the link on Moray Council Facebook or directly below.

Unfortunately, this national survey does not have any space for additional comments.    However,  If you would like to make a joint Community Council response in addition to your own individual online response  you are most welcome to  complete the attached PDF copy of the survey questions, scan and email back to me directly at   nichola.urquhart@moray.gov.uk     

 You can also include any additional comments you may wish to make as a Community Council on Waste, Open Spaces and Cemeteries and we will consider these alongside the main survey report.
