Recycling Site: Yet again the site has been subjected to the effects of wate and not licensed recycling materials being dumped.
Bags of non recyclable waste were dumped and the Gulls true to their nature opened the bags up, the waste product including soiled nappies was spread all over.
The gulls are just doing what gulls do, its PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO ACT RESPONSIBLY.
The site is also not for the dumping white good, and to dump object directly under the sign suggests whoever is sticking two-fingers up to the community. Have a thought for everyone else, Cullen could lose this facility for the lack of thought.
