We would be delighted to welcome you to our AGM on 12th November 2025 at 6.45pm at the Moray Sports Centre in Linkwood, Elgin, as well as online via Microsoft Teams for those who can’t make it in person.
Our AGM is always a great opportunity to highlight our work over the last year and hear about the impact we have had on the lives of young people and their families in Moray, as well as celebrating all those who have made everything possible. It also gives us the chance to meet many of our partners, funders, supporters and volunteers, and enjoy some food, so we do hope you will be able to join us.
Please RSVP via our online form (inc apologies) so we can ensure there’s plenty of refreshments for everyone and record any apologies in the Minutes, it will also give you the opportunity to including any nominations you may have for our Board of Directors. For your reference, please find a copy of the Agenda and last year’s draft Minutes attached and a summary of our finances will be made available on the night.
Finally, I apologise if you have received more than one copy of this email. We want to invite all our volunteers, partners, supporters and members, so you may be on more than one list – you only need to RSVP once though!
