One of the action points that came out in the Cullen and Deskford Community Council’s Local Place Plan is improved crossing points across the A98 as it goes through Cullen.
Currently, there are no controlled crossing points in Cullen. The A98 is very busy and for older residents and have mobility issues as well as young children it can be difficult to get across the road.
