The Kronach twinning group has held a meeting to discuss a proposed twinning visit to the area of Kronach in Bavaria, Germany.
Twinning is a means of extending peoples experience of other countries and lands. For the younger people who get involved it is a means of seeing beyond their location and getting an insight into the way youngsters of their own age live.
The group is looking at a potential twinning visit to Germany in July of 2026.
A number of groups within Banffshire are being approached to try to gauge interest in the proposal.
